Pepperoni and ricotta pizza. Wine: San Leonino Monsenese Chianti Classico 2015.

Class planning and tending to a new CSA box kept me busy late, so we ending up ordering pizza. I did note, with some pleasure, that the pizza crust I pulled off last week was rather superior to this one. Tonight’s intended steak is postponed to tomorrow.
