Black and white

I’m making an effort to walk for an hour every day. Today’s effort was down to the co-op, back along the cycle trail, past st Giles’ church.
Met heather just coming out of her house, we live so close but rarely see each other. Another effort needs making.
School planning to do, and final adjustments to my office.
