Roux

I did not take any other photos! For fish pie.

Fish pie is always briefly controversial in this house, when it arrives at the table. It always takes at least one of the children several minutes to remember that they do actually like it, before they scoff the lot. Alas, not on this occasion. It was rejected.  

It pains me to have one moderately fussy eater. I do not know how to fix it, and as usual the parenting advice on the subject is contradictory. The thing that particularly annoys me is that the selective eating doesn't seem to be driven by a genuine strong dislike of certain foods, it's just that they are regarded as not the most tasty. Gah.
