You Asked, I Gave

Sunday.  Headed out for a walk after breakfast to the other side of the valley this week.  Some big climbs, the fact it wasn't a problem for me suggests all is well with my kidney.  Went to the top of the forestry and only started to see people as I descended, so all good.
