Pork chops

A beautiful calm morning, a touch of frost, singing of birds, clear skies.
I haven’t swam in two days and found it extra chilly today, like when the weather was cold the week before last.
I think cooking pork chops is a first for me. Only because they had no lamb chops. I dickied them up with a tomatoey, olivey feta sauce.
This once a week shop is challenging me again.
