He is the Director of a big Civil Engineering company but this is his typical look.

He was always the cheeky little rascal when we were growing up , a real comedian , loved by everyone. Still is.
He lives up in the North Island so I don't get to see him a lot , but we are in touch all the time. He sent me this photo of him fishing yesterday.
I love it.
