A frustrating day (no Internet for the morning, and an afternoon into automated banking 'service' black holes that do not recognise my a/c or payees.) First world problems, I know. 
Anyhoo, I took the mono Monday challenge theme from the tag (pledge) rather than the image. A quick stroll round the dull and damp park didn't suggest anything other than the war memorial for all the millions who have pledged, and given, their lives.
It was that or a tin of Pledge polish (other polishes etc.)
