Fishy

We went to visit the fish at the pet shop today. Well, really we needed rat food but always a good excuse to go peering at fishies. Monkey has been learning so much lately. He just learned to point (and can point at his nose), he's climbing everywhere and on everything! He is using his voice so much more but still hard to say if he's actually using words or if it just sounds like it. He's been able to stand up without pulling up for a while but he hasn't taken any more steps on his own. I can see him being an active daredevil type of toddler when he really gets going! We're going to have to get those shelves bolted to the wall...

Monkey has decided where food is concerned, it's much more fun to throw it and mush it around a less fun to actually eat it now. He must be entering the "living off grapes and cheese and fresh air" phase that I remember so well with Chickpea. She's actually trying a lot of new foods lately so I'm sure Monkey will come back around to the idea of eating food instead of chucking it (at me!).
