Eye on the ball

The lovely Iris from Franconia, northern Bavaria,  who was our Customer Service lady. Did her work with incredible thoroughness and was a real asset and a joy to work with. Customer Service was one of my responsibilities as Finance & Logistics Manager.

The office was our Managing Director, Secretary, Customer Service person, at times a Marketing Manager & myself plus about 6 reps based around Germany who sold our products to the hospitals and doctors in Germany. All our products came from the USA, and this was a large part of my responsibility - ordering the stock, getting it to us, stored, and then sent out to the customers. When I had time, I cooked the books too.
