Sheba

The activity tray/feeder thing I got for JJ does seem to be working. I scatter her tea in it around five o’clock and feed Sheba is her own bowl. JJ would rather eat from a bowl too, so she sits and watches Sheba eat. It’s only after Sheba has finished and JJ has double checked her bowl for leftovers, that she will come back to her own food.

She eats for about half an hour, then jumps onto one of the chairs for a wash and a sleep. She does go back and finish her tea, but sometimes not until about eight o’clock. I heard her coming upstairs this morning about five, yelling obscenities as she ran. She stopped and had fisticuffs with the bath mat again, then settled down to sleep on it for a couple of hours.

When I got up at seven, she yawned, stretched and went downstairs for breakfast. A definite improvement, however the bath mat might not agree!

Sheba was lying beside me again tonight and was just too easy to blip.
