Granton Grafitti

I wondered lonely as a cloud and came across a doorway leading to a walled garden - and lo, there appeared graffiti scrawled on the adjacent wall echoing the sentiments of the people of the area.  I paused for a second wondering who or what this Boris creature must be - a fool, a clown .. a bear or what ?
