This little nugget is a big fan of smiling! Not a fan of sleeping past 3am but a smiler to make up for it. Wouldn’t mind a couple of extra hours though little one.

First virtual viewing of a new place today. Went very well. The owner was lovely and only to happy to help show us around via FaceTime.
