A Walk Around the Block

Here's dad taking a steady walk around the block following weeks of going in and out of hospital with a complex gall bladder removal.

This is something that he didn't do even when he was fit, so I think that the past few months have given him something of an epiphany! He's skinnier than me now, bless him.

Good to see him up and about taking in the sea air and view!
