Hope and light

Walked out in grim weather today and found lots of snowdrops and a few primroses (extra pic) in a sheltered churchyard. These lovely heralds of spring seemed to symbolise what was going to happen this afternoon in the USA. The inauguration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris represents such a welcome change from the darkness of the tRump years, thank goodness that ego maniac has gone, hopefully for good. We just need the same change here in the UK now. But for today - progress!
