I have slept a lot of the day. The best thing just now. Came through to the living room as it was getting dark. The view for the night. 

Got a phone call from Mum today. 16 mins of her talking at me. No questions asked, she had no idea I was in bed and in tears. She'll never change and I should be used to it.
