Pretty in Pink

I believe this is Mediterranean Pink Heather or a cousin of same. Winter landscape is so dreary but this great spreading plant brings a bit of color and welcome to our front door. It gives me reason to smile on gloomy, cold, windy days like today. Hubby and I are cleaning his workshop. We could start a successful hardware store down there. We made a pact to check the shop before making another trip to Lowe’s. We found a gamut of stuff today, from rusty utility knife blades to flat screen computer monitors. We earned a much needed afternoon nap and call in dinner.
