At least something’s blooming lovely...

My lovely neighbour gave me this plant for my birthday (did I mention I hit the half-century recently?!) and it has sat on the windowsill for the last 2 weeks.

However, when I looked at it today I noticed some of the little buds had burst into flower. It is nice to think something is blooming in this terrible time. I think I’ll stick with my plan of minimal intervention - sometimes I kill plants...with kindness of course!
