The Brilliant Dam & Generating Station

Near Castlegar, BC where we went shopping this morning.  One of countless hydro-electric projects on the Columbia River Basin which runs from North Western BC down to the Pacific south of Oregon.

Note that Brilliant refers to the name of the town - not the engineer's opinion of the project.
