Rye Meads

Rye Meads is an RSPB bird sanctuary with the entrance about 800 yards from my office.

Guess how many time I've been there in the last 7 years.

Today was not an auspicious first visit - they are building a new pond (during the season between school holidays) and the pathways and most of the hides were not accessible.

Still, the rushes made me happy.
