Work clothes

This week I've begun to make changes for when I start my work trial.

I set my alarm earlier, wear work clothes at home when I'm working on the cookbook project at the computer, and punctuate computer time with a 20 minute walk before I start and when I'm finished. The walks punctuate my "work" time as commuting does.

Yep, I've had to do some ironing. ;-)

I nailed another new milestone today (set with my physio and OT). I rode Bob the bike around the block. A little while later my balance was a bit off but that's just my brain adapting and figuring stuff out.
