Blocked

Before Christmas I worked on this line trying to get it unblocked. Today we came back to carry on the work. We found this inspection which is not on the plans and is blocked with
Massive roots. We found the outlet which is a msnhole that has been demolished and abandoned but yet it is still in service. Monday will see us do more work root cutting and water blasting.
