The first Daffodil

Spotted this on the avenue as JJ and I came back from our walk around the village this morning.

Also spotted was a For Sale sign at the end of the avenue.  Anyone got in the region of 1.3 million to spare?  Gulp!

Our neighbour was out walking her young grandchild as we returned and she told us she had been on a Zoom meeting with the mayor and other parish clerks regarding the lack of Covid jabs in Bedford.  Apparently they've now had to shut the vaccination centres because they've run out of vaccine and don't know when they'll be re-stocked.
