Weather

Walking is becoming an increasingly social activity, well I lets be honest it is the only social activity in these lockdown times. A favourite topic of conversation is the weather.

Today several walkers remarked on the fact that the central belt of Scotland is a temperate corridor – we neither get the heavy snowfalls “up north”, though we can admire it on the mountains in the distance- nor the heavy rainfall and floods “down south”.

See extra photo for some light relief, though with todays mixed messages over Covid, its not so funny.
