We had RAIN.  Not enough, but it is something.  The CZU fire that CalFire said was 'out' finally from August, well, the high winds on Monday/Tuesday reignited it.  Mind boggling.  Hope this wet helps a bit.

Plumbers came (a team of 3), it looks like we finally have a resolution.  Long, long day but happy news at the end of it.  Woo!  (The sellers had not installed the wall mounted toilets per manufacturer's specifications - which is why fix after fix kept failing.)
