Trying a ‘new to me’ recipe today. A Nigel Slater cheesecake I saw in the Guardian recently.
It’s a baked cheesecake, done in a water bath, which is not something I’ve done before.
If the ‘raw mixture’ is anything to go by, it’s going to be delicious. 
Leaving it to cool in the oven, as instructed by Nigel.
Definitely one of my favourite food writers.

Nice chat with dorsetb. Shame he can’t have a taste of it, but sure he’d say it needs more practice!
