Bright and crisp and even

Low sun, icy cold air and no wind made for a lovely walk up to Calton Hill. Inevitably, in lockdown, we met some folk we knew up there. There was still at least one selfie-stick though - this spot catches pretty much all the city landmarks.

Takeaway cake, chai lattes, homemade goats-cheese tart and even pancakes for breakfast have made this a bit of an indulgent day!
