Surprise

This morning we woke to the news that there were four unrelated Covid infections in the community, unrelated to travel and not connected. The island had been clear since April apart from travelers in quarantine. Last week the borders were closed and a permit was needed to travel here.
By lunchtime the island was locked down and everyone needs to stay at home apart from one member of a family doing essential shopping. Schools closed and all events cancelled. There will be a further briefing tomorrow.
We are allowed to exercise and so this was taken on a walk round the block. The extra was taken two hundred yards along the path from the first photo.
So, we didn’t see the children today as there are no longer any bubbles. The fragile life!
