Fresh air

I struggled to get out for my run this morning- usually I aim for an 8.30am start but I didn't make it out until 12.00!! It's much harder getting motivated to go alone. I was glad I went though, it was a beautiful day today. After that I got on with a few jobs and took the dogs out. Callie was quite sprightly today and seemed to be enjoying it- she's been struggling with her joints in the cold for the last few weeks so it was good to see.
