Long walk

A day off. Even so I had to log onto my work laptop to listen in on a promotion preparation webinar. Useful information. I remain daunted by the work ahead.
The I met SK for a very long walk. Woodberry Wetlands to Walthamstow Wetlands and back again. This is a redwing. SK has an app on her android phone that recognises bird song and that's how we tracked this lovely little thrush down.
20000 + steps. It was sunny and good to have company for a few hours.
I watched It's A Sin later on. I think it's going to be very good.
