Wet Welland

An absolutely fabulous sunny day for a picnic bike ride. The route I chose did include rather an impressive flood though across the Welland valley. I met a fellow cyclist some way before who said he’d just managed t ride through. But I decided on the chicken run - a narrow pedestrian causeway that I managed to perch precariously along above the water line, with my bike. It’s just over my shoulder in the extra photo.
