2016-01-15 (Day 015) The Path Of Treachery

I was waiting for something to complete at work today when a colleague mentioned the sunset. I looked out, and it was lovely - so I went out to try a photo.

By the time I reached the vantage I was heading for, the light wasn't working any more, so I turned and headed back to work... then saw this on the way.

The setting sun picks out the trees in silhouette, a dark road with icy puddles leads off in a different direction. It flees from the light, the likely black ice indicating that this is indeed the path of treachery.
