2016-09-25 (Day 269) Linlithgow 10k

Today was this year's Linlithgow 10k, and we had a a group of people from my office enter - more than last year, which is a great sign!

The weather was reasonable, the tow beautiful to run around, the organisation perfect. Once again, thank you to everyone involved in organising the event.

My time? Well, not as good as last year, but I'm not complaining. I couldn't have run any faster, so that will do nicely!
