Bitter sweet

I got to work this morning to find too may staff on duty! Too many trained and too many health care assistants. Some people had been redeployed from other posts, others were on short term fixed contracts. Basically they had enough staff without us bank people. I was annoyed with the person who orgainses the rota and I let my feelings be known before I went home.

On the plus side mum and I had a walk and a natter. In the afternoon Tom and I had a stroll in Gelt woods (above), it was very muddy and there were lots of icicles hangings off he rocks.
