It’s a beautiful day

Another cold and frosty morning, perfect conditions for a walk in the woods or so we thought. The first 4 or 5 miles the ground was frozen and it was okay for walking on but as the day progressed it got warmer and the frost  melted leaving the path muddy and slippy. It took all my special skills to stay upright for the last mile. We arrived back at the car with two very muddy doggies. 

After a well deserved cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin we headed home.
