Graffiti and Garbage

Thanks to Picturemull for hosting MonoMonday in January. The challenges have been excellent and I haven't had a chance to enter any until this last one of the month. I thought of the combination of graffiti and garbage when I looked at the photo she asked us to respond to, so went on the hunt for that combo.
