Our saviour!

Woke up yesterday to a cool house, no oil level read-out in the kitchen, had resulted in our running out of oil. So no heating or hot water since Monday morning. 3.30 this afternoon, the oil lorry arrived and pumped 1200 litres of oil into our tanks.

Tried to start the boiler, but it was attempting to suck air from the pipes, so I spent a very oily half hour bleeding the supply pipes to the boiler.

Warm again now though :)
