Tan Boon Liat Building

70's industrial building, initially built as flatted factory but since the 90's it became a haven for hip designers and now now it's known for quirky furniture and home design.
Tan Boon Liat was a well known philanthropist and one of the pioneer members of the Straits Chinese British Association. He was a strong supporter of Dr Sun Yet-sen.
