Last day

He is blissfully  unaware why I've  been cuddling  him all day. He seems to have enjoyed it. Tomorrow  he'll  be gone, with a bit of my heart.
A Charlie  shaped hole in our house and sad faces.
It's been great to have him with us so long, as without  a dog the lockdown would have been awful. I  know a lot of people have got puppies  during lockdown  for this very reason. I do worry about when life changes back to a more normal pace and these poor pups don't  know how to cope without their owners  24/7
There may be a lot to rehome.
My name has been on the Guide dog rehoming list for a while now, but many thousands have done the same, resulting  in the list being suspended.
