Hidden secrets

This small graveyard on the harbour foreshore is apparently for the Nuns of the Society of the Sacred Heart. It was established in 1891 (old for Australia!) and the first burial was actually a student. It consists of two rows of identical headstones, and is tucked away behind the fig trees, next to a bush walk along the harbour. It’s quite beautiful and is very easy to miss.
