Early light and ice.
Film - One night in Miami. Sharp dialogue and excellent acting in this imagining of a meeting between four black American icons at a key point in the civil rights movement. But, despite an assured directorial debut from Regina King, the lasting impression for me was of a film that struggled to escape its stage origins.
