Elf cup

I found this little fungus on my walk through the woods today. The app on my phone identified it as an ‘Elf cup’. How cute!
It was a right mixture underfoot today - muddy, icy, snowy ... but at least I didn’t fall, unlike one day last week when I ended up on my front twice!!
