Lovely Day by the Bay

After another shoulder exam, I took a stroll around a county park. Not so long ago, this area was in complete disrepair. Now, we have a beautiful public vista of the Breton Bay that offers a kids’ playground, large gazebo for social events, paved bayside walkway and boat ramp. Weekly physical therapy appointments have gotten me out of the year long “stay home” lifestyle, a welcome change. Plus, I can use my right arm again. Otherwise, we enjoyed a quiet day.
