A baker's dozen...

of Northern Cardinal pairs. Filled the bird feeder midmorning and it was empty by 4pm. The huge flock of black birds and the cardinals were the main visitors. I took photos through an upstairs window so not the greatest quality. So fun to watch all of the birds.
A trip to the chiropractor today has my neck and hips back in line. Sore from my workouts with Taylor though. Maybe only yoga and stretching tomorrow.
