Rosemarkie

This is the High Street in the next village to us. I liked the colours of the buildings on a grey day. The museum is really interesting with Celtic and Pictish art including the Rosemarkie Stone. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Groam_House_Museum
We had a card to post so did that first and then went to Rosehaugh hoping for a different walk but there was still thick ice so turned round and went for another beach walk instead.
The barnacle geese were by the burn again, about 20 of them and they had all flown off by the time we came back.
A nice walk and with the tide going out it revealed all the interesting rocks.
We had a brief visit from a male bullfinch this morning, so hoping it will be back again.
Lit a candle at 8pm in memory of those killed in the Holocaust.
