My paintings are better than yours!

I've just been at a meeting at Edinburgh University, held in the Raeburn room. It's not unusual to for rooms to be named after famous artists, but what makes this room different is the large Raeburn paintings (six of them!) hanging around the wall, featuring eminent Professors of 200 years ago. Now that's what I call making a statement!
