High Water

Following heavy overnight rain the lake had overflowed onto the footpath in the park. Every tree in this shot is normally well clear of the water.

The gauge by the culvert on the river upstream of the lake was showing a depth of 72cm, 52cm deeper than the winter normal while parts of the riverside walk upstream of that point were under water. It definitely seems to have been a trifle wet.
