My entry for the Abstract Thursday with the optional theme of motion, and essential for keeping me going at the moment!  I have to confess to lacking any creative inspiration right now.  The weather has been quite grey which doesn't help!

Today was mostly phone calls and the Caring with Confidence course this morning.  I have been approached to become a Carers Representative and told I would be ideal!
