Ten a Penny

We will be doing the RSPB Great Garden Birdwatch this weekend and I predict we will record a lot of tits. Yesterday we saw a thrush but it’s a rarity. Nevertheless a common bird is still a pretty bird.

I finished painting around the kitchen window this morning and enjoyed a bit of twitching while I was there. Afterwards I just couldn’t put my mind to the Girlguiding admin I needed to do. Getting a bit stir crazy isolating - I wanted to be out walking. I won’t venture out of course, but I’m guessing some people who’ve tested positive, do. I’ve had countless emails, texts and three phone calls from nhs track & trace reminding me to stay at home.
