Stuck

Things I learned today:
If you forget the greaseproof paper lining then dried peas (or anything else I guess) will stick fast to shortcrust dough and be a bugger to get off;
If the BeRo book says to only half fill a custard tart case then you really shouldn’t fill it up to the top;
If you’re using a skyr/milk mixture when making custard and heat it in the microwave then you’ll regret it;
You can get away with a lot of stuff and still make pretty decent tarts!
The Extra is of blueberry custard tarts, four down already and eight to go. (The main bacon and courgette tart was consumed too quickly for me to get a picture.)
