Astronaut Tim Peace talked on Desert Island Discs this morning about coping strategies during his six months on the International Space station.
He said that unlike our current lockdown where people where bundled indoors without any preparation astronauts undergo rigorous training beforehand including spending a week under water and a week in a cave.

‘Everybody has been launched into a year of various lockdowns with no preparation, no training, no guidance or advice as to what you can do to make your life easier.
